Wholesale Policies, Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering Holly Wach Art prints for your store. We work hard to create a thriving, good-spirited relationship with every one of our retailers. We know that our customer is your customer, and your success is our success. Please base your expectations for working with us around the following policies and let us know if you have any concerns.

Account Requirements

Accounts must be an established business with valid business license and reseller permit (if applicable). They must also have a public and physical business location. Online retail must first be approved. Once approved all Holly Wach products being sold online must state: “created by Holly Wach” Online resellers may not resell Holly Wach's products on national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, JET, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.

First Order & Minimum Order

$250 minimum opening order ($150 for reorders). Orders must be received through the online wholesale shop (requires password) or placed by email: wholesale@hollywach.com. All first orders will be charged at the time of order. Free US shipping on orders over $750.

Orders may be placed through the online wholesale shop (requires password) or by email at wholesale@hollywach.com. Online orders must be paid at the time of order. Email orders must be paid by the time of shipment.

Product Specifics

HAND PRODUCED
All products are produced by hand in Holly's Pawtucket, RI studio. Prints of original art are produced in-house, on demand.

FACTS
100% made in the USA. All work is created to last a lifetime. We use archival heavy-weight rag paper by Moab with pigmented inks. All Prints are personally signed by Holly. Individual bird names are labelled on the back of all prints and packaged products. All work and packaging is stamped for authenticity. Unframed prints are matted in standard sizes using archival materials ready for framing. Framed work is in a solid wooden shadow box frame ready for hanging and easy to stand up on a shelf.

Order Processing, Freight, & Turnaround Time

Please allow 1- 2 weeks for order processing. Freight charges are billed to the retailer on orders less than $750. Orders are shipped from Pawtucket, RI 02860 via UPS or USPS. Please contact us if you have time-sensitive concerns.
Store chains can use their UPS or FedEx number at no additional charge. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers.

Display & Packaging

We recommend displaying the work together. These birds are highly collectible.

Cancellations, Returns & Backorders

All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. We uphold strict quality standards and all products should arrive to you in perfectly sellable condition. Returns are only accepted if items are defective/damaged. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Collections & Claims

Any damages or shortage claims must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of order. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.

Outstanding invoices may accrue finance charges and collection fees. Accounts in default are subject to a $75 reinstatement fee.
