See incredible art…learn a bit of history…discover new places…bring a friend!We will leave at 6:00 pm from the Graduate Hotel, and return to the Graduate around 8:00 pm.

This tour will be led by Gallery Night Guide Rosemary Rocchio, and we will visit:

• BankRI Turks Head Gallery, with paintings, constructions and drawings by Monica Shinn. All the artworks from this exhibit were inspired by a 3-year artist-in-residency on Prudence Island. Shinn visited the island several times, exploring the coastline, the backroads and the undeveloped island landscape.

• Studio Hop, a local studio and shop specializing in contemporary fine art, hand crafts, jewelry, ceramics, and clothing.

• Holly Wach Art, the studio of local fine artist Holly Wach. See her original watercolors, pastels, drawings, prints, and cards that celebrate that we are kindred spirits with the creatures of nature, especially birds. She hopes her work helps you slow down in a world teeming with distractions, so you can have your own dialogue with nature.

• RI Center for Photographic Arts, presenting their 9th International Open Call exhibition, which will showcase contemporary photography as compiled by juror Paula Tognarelli. The work in this exhibition was selected from an international call for entries to present a survey of current photographic practice.
